Who We Are

Our mission is simple— Provide players with the knowledge and resources needed to improve their game. Soccer is a complex sport.  Players of every skill level will view the game differently, based on their own experience and understanding.  Skills that come easily to some may require extensive practice for others. Education, focus, and persistent practice of the fundamentals are key to the development of any player. Just take a look at the way the professional athletes practice and the way they perform- they are masters of the fundamentals.

That being said, we here at Hamptons Personal Soccer Training are passionate about providing players at every stage a chance to learn from someone who was once in their shoes. We know first hand all of the questions, excitement, frustrations, and maybe even doubts coursing through your mind as you embark on this journey.  We want to create an environment where athletes are comfortable making mistakes, because that’s the only way to effectively learn and eventually shine on the field. 

We provide custom training sessions to meet every player’s individual needs. We offer conditioning and strength training for players who want to get in shape and increase their power on the field. These training sessions not only benefit your body, but your mind as well. Exercise is a great way to release stress, especially in these trying times. 

The Journey to reaching any fitness goal can seem daunting, but it is always worth every drop of sweat and every sore muscle in the end. Not everyone has the same goal, and not everyone begins in the same place, but our goal is to help you achieve yours- wherever you are, and wherever you’re headed.

Outlined below are additional measures we are taking to ensure your safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  •  • Cleaning training equipment before and after every session. 

     •Limiting the number of people per training session. 

     •Sanitizer available for players and staff during breaks, face masks available for purchase.

     •Employees with symptoms must quarantine for at least 14 days.

     •If a player is infected other players will be immediately made aware.

     •Mask worn by coaches at all times.

Begin Your Training  Journey

Training by yourself isn’t much fun—Let's train together and improve your soccer skills! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, or kicking the ball for the first time, we’ll create a session tailored to your experience and needs. Everyone has to begin somewhere, and there’s always room for improvement.

Due to the current state of the global pandemic, we are forced to reevaluate how we normally play the game we all love. That doesn't mean we have to stop playing. Despite social distancing guidelines, there’s always a way to play. All you need is a ball and some imagination! To better serve our clients at this time, we are happy to offer in-house training. If you're unable to train at home we will collaborate and determine the best off-site location where we can safely meet and train. 

Our goal is to use our extensive experience to provide you with everything you need to learn and improve your game. Sessions range from intense conditioning, to sharpening technical skills, to a practice that is designed for recovering athletes. Please read the descriptions below to learn more.
