Cancellation Policy

Please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of your training session. This applies to all services provided by HPST LLC. Otherwise we will not be able to reschedule and the amount paid will be not be able to be refunded.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather we will cancel and reschedule for another date. The amount paid is still refundable and the amount paid remains unused. Inclement weather is extreme heat , extreme cold temperatures, heavy rain, visible lightning, or thunder.
